Orgasmo (1969)

Following The Sweet Body of Deborah Carroll Baker worked under the direction of Umberto Lenzi in the taut house invasion giallo Orgasmo.

A rich widow (Baker) becomes sexually entangled with a wastrel played by Lou Nino Castel who invites his sister played Colette Descombes along for sexy fun and copious amounts of J and B.

At first it appears that the twosome are intent on blackmailing Baker but as the story unfolds it becomes clear that they are trying to bully her while attempting to drive the poor woman off her head as they play on the her weakness, especially for sex and a drop of the hard stuff.

Clever and pretty tense Orgasmo surely would appeal to those who enjoyed Oasis Of Fear or any of the Baker and Lenzi collaborations from this period. Orgasmo is a thoroughly engaging, enjoyable and suspense filled thriller with a neat little twist at the end.
