Satan's Wife / Un ombra nell'ombra (1979)

1.5 out of 5

Satan's Wife is a horribly-written supernatural horror film with a slight Fulci-esque vibe and a score that sounds eerily similar to Goblin's score from Argento's Deep Red. Notable for featuring the on-screen reunion of Danger: Diabolik stars Marisa Mell and John Phillip Law, albeit in small supporting roles, Satan's Wife is a bizarre train-wreck of a movie about a former Satanic cult member who believes that her bratty teenage daughter is in fact the spawn of Lucifer himself. The film features a lot of nudity, one of the most annoying characters ever put to film, a generic supernatural/possession storyline, and not much else to speak of. Not recommended.
