Reflections In Black / Il vizio ha le calze nere (1975)

Tano Cimarosa, more widely known as a cinematographer, makes a rare foray into film direction to helm this quite short, largely uninspired and formulaic giallo that takes the all too familiar razor wielding gloved killer and red herrings no where especially new. Dagmar Lassander is the main draw and there is plenty of slashing and sex to rouse the viewer from the stupor inducing dialogue.

Not a classic by any stretch of the imagination the trademark murders are not as stylised as those within other titles and while there is plenty of nudity the film is in no way as sleazy as Giallo In Venice, Bianchi's Strip Nude For Your Killer or the Barbara Magnolfi wehicle and dildo weilding killer shitfest Sisters Of Ursula.

Come forth completists one and all and rejoice as for thee this mediocrity will ultimately prove to be a must see. For others not so much.
