Slick, fast-paced drama about a historic Madoff-style Ponzi scheme in Italy that destroyed numerous corporate heads of a milk company who chose to "create" money where none existed. As always, heads roll. Tony Servillo gives another standout performance, here of the devoted, fall-guy accountant and vice president. Lots of details and intelligent suspense keep the movie's biggest moral failing near the end a complete surprise. Not interested in contemporary Italian movies about white collar crime? Let's just say it's better than Wall Street II.
